Starting therapy can feel like a big step — and it is — but it’s also one of the most meaningful choices you can make for your mental health. At Haven Therapy, I’m here to make that first step feel less intimidating and more hopeful. I’m Jenna, a Registered Social Worker &  Therapist dedicated to helping you find clarity, peace and balance in your life.

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many of my clients start therapy because they’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected — or simply want to understand themselves better.
